Payment plan
1. Reservation fee - 2,000 euros (valid for 30 days) and signing the contract with the investor.
2. First installment - 20% of the property value within 30 days from the date of payment of the reservation fee and signing the contract.
3. Second installment - 10% of the property value until 31.12.2025.
4. Third installment - 10% of the property value until 30.06.2026.
5. Fourth installment - 10% of the property value until 31.12.2026.
6. Fifth installment - 30% of the property value within 30 days of receipt of Act 15.
7. Sixth installment - 20% of the property value within 30 days after receipt of the Act 16.
✅ Final completion date of the project is by 31.12.2027.
Payment installment
- Up to 3 years - after making the second payment the balance is subject to 6% per annum.
- From 3 to 7 years - after making the second payment the balance of the amount is subject to 9% per annum.
